Ten years ago I was taking a shower and the idea for Moonsong Daily Magick just hit me out of nowhere. I still remember dripping water all over my floor while trying to tap furiously onto my phone all the ideas that were coming to me in what seemed at the time like a bit of a hurricane of thoughts. Yet it made so much sense. I knew exactly what I wanted to do and how. Within 24 hours I launched Daily Magick to a trial group of subscribers to see what the interest would be. Finding the success I was looking for I began what would be a ten-year journey that has taken me to where I am today.
I’ve been a witch all my life. I think I just dappled with what to call it throughout my life. I grew up in nature. So many days spent outside in the woods and playing outside. It was home to me. As I got older my son was showing signs of being a psychic as I already knew I was and I went looking for answers. I found Sacred Mists. I began my formal study in 2008 and very quickly started teaching empaths. Everything just fit. Everything I had learned through all the years of my life fell together in this one wonderful category. It all made so much sense. I became certified in Tarot and Reiki right around the same time and they both helped the strong foundation that I already had. I was lucky enough to study with some of the best in the craft and it wasn’t long before I was getting requests to teach people beyond the empath course that I was teaching at the Mists. My answer to those requests came to me in the shower that day… Moonsong Daily Magick.
I decided that what I really wanted to do was to bring light to people and inspire them. I wanted empaths to know that there was someone out there who really understood the path they were walking. I wanted gifted intuitives to know that sometimes classes don’t have the answers because it’s your gift and you need time to explore things on your own and figure out how you interpret things. I wanted to share the foundation of magick, energy and all the wonderful ways to use it. I also wanted to help show that there was something on the other side. I wanted to help show you that your loved ones are on the other side and that they send you signs to let you know that they love you as that’s important. So many wonderful things to share.
Ten years later and I’m still here with all of you and I thank you so much! We’ve come such a long way! I have several of you who have been with me since I launched in February of 2012. Thank you so much! I hope I am lucky enough to spend the next ten years with you!
