One of the most phenomenal things I think that can happen when you get a past life reading is memories or other energy from that past life coming back to you. When you get a past life reading done or you do a past life regression it’s as if you have opened an energetic doorway. That doorway can lead to the past and can help you to access memories and things that are familiar to your soul. The process of having that reading or transgression done opens that doorway for you instead of you having to do it yourself. When I learned to do past life regressions one of the pieces in getting there is actually to go through one of several doorways. That’s why for many of you who I’ve done readings for you might remember that I’ve said when I open the doorway and then what I’m seeing. It’s a tool to help me access that energy for you.
If you choose to get one done, one of the things that I always tell people who I do readings for is to be very open in the coming weeks. That energetic doorway will be open for a brief period of time and you may find that you start remembering more about the particular life that I tapped into for you. Often this will come in dreams in the coming days or even day dreams. If you live near something or see something that could act as a trigger for helping you to remember that life that can help you bring back memories. For instance if you were a baker in a previous life and you happened to walk into some place that bread was baking you may find that more memories come back to you. This will fade over time and is definitely strongest in the first 24 – 48 hours from when you work with the information from the regression or reading.
Another way that memories can be triggered is if you happen across the place that you’ve been before. You may find that your soul remembers the energy. It can really be quite amazing when things like that happen if you are open to it.
