Choose Your Ghost Story!
One of my favorite things about Halloween and Samhain is reading ghost stories. I’ll admit I love to read about ghosts and paranormal experiences all year long. It’s the energy of places that I can sense when I go there that has me craving stories like these, especially stories of places that I can go and visit.
Last year I had you choose a book to read before Samhain that was spooky, about a ghost or related to Halloween in some way. This year I want to challenge you to find a story that is about ghosts or spirits in your area. For example Haunted America does an amazing series of books that are fun to read and most of them are short and easy reads.
Ghosts of Salem is one example for you. This is one that I am hoping to dig into over the next couple of weeks as I’ve spent a lot of time in Salem and on the New England Coast.
See if you can find one for the state you live in or even better for the area you live in. Bonus if you can get some time to go explore the area and see what you pick up!
