Egg Magic

Egg MagicThis is an excellent time of year to work with eggs.  They are something that I find almost everyone has in their kitchen.   Often, if you think about objects, you can identify the energy that they may have.  For instance, eggs. Let’s start with the main energy… eggs represent life.  That’s pretty powerful.  They are the beginning of life.  They also represent the energy of new beginnings, growth, and fertility. Knowing that, I bet you can start thinking of ways that this energy may be helpful in your magickal practice.Know that you can use all parts of the egg to work with this energy.  So for instance… many of you have had me tell you that when you want to begin something new.. plant a seed, write what you are trying to manifest on the bottom of the pot or on a paper in the bottom of the pot, and then nurture the seed to help your wish grow.  I just told you that eggs boost the energy of fertility, growth, and new beginnings.  You can crush up some eggshells and mix them in with the soil.  Eggshells are an amazing fertilizer.  See how easy that is? Maybe you want to eat the egg that came in the shell as part of your ritual.  You can also choose to decorate the egg with your wishes before you peel it.  It’s all about adding your personal energy and using the energy around you to help manifest what you want in your life.

How many of you love to cook?  You can cook or bake something with eggs, and when you do, add your intention or desire to bring something new into your life.  For instance, maybe you want to bake a cake and then use icing to write your wish.  Cookies, you can do the same.  You can use eggs in anything. I just thought of a cake first. You can also cook them or eat them to help with energy of growth and fertility in your life as well.

Looking to add some energy to help you get pregnant? Look for ways to add eggs to your diet.  Make sure there are no restrictions from your doctor.  When you eat them, make sure that you work with their energy by asking your guides to help you with your desire to have a child.

Don’t throw away those eggshells in the trash! Grind them or crush them up and throw them in your garden.  Even if you don’t make a conscious wish with them each time, they will help bring the energy of abundance and growth to your garden.  You can also bury an egg in your garden to help boost the energy of growth in your garden.
