This treasure came to me last week and it is quickly claiming a spot among my favorites in my library. Many of you know that I love herbs and I work with them year round. I’m always excited to receive a new book on different ways that I can use them. This book helps with a lot of practical healing recipes that you can make. Almost all of the herbs are easy to find and will be found either at your local store or in your garden and I like that.
Here’s a wonderful example of one of the recipes, Super Immunity Infusion tea.
This is so easy to make. It’s a quick and easy recipe that can really help in times that you are feeling well or want to have an immunity boost.
This page tells you how to make a really wonderful four-herb wound salve.
How about a chicory root chai when your tummy is upset?
This one is wonderful for a sore throat. As you can see the book is beautifully illustrated. The entire book is like this and I think it’s an incredible asset as it allows you to see exactly what you are working with and what it should look like when it’s done.
This one is for Boo Boo Balm. I also love the tips that she gives throughout the book. Such clever ideas.
You may beginning your herb practice or someone who has been practicing for awhile this book is a collection of wonderfully thought out ideas and recipes that anyone working with herbs would love.
