How many of you carry a lot of worries in life? You want to be careful about doing that as it can really have a negative impact on your health and well-being. Many of you know that I have PTSD so managing anxiety and worries is something that I deal with pretty frequently. Through the years I have come up with a lot of different methods that I hope will help for some of you.
The first is to look at what it is that is causing you to worry. Is it something that you can do anything about? If so look to see if there is action that you can take on it immediately. Often if you can that will help to quiet the worries as you know that you are working on it. If it’s something for later, make a note for yourself of what you want to do to work on it later. If it’s something that you can’t do anything about at all.. I find that sometimes that is the hardest because you have to try to trust that things will be ok. You can use the Release Worries Pillow Spell that I gave you above to try to work on that.
Energy loves to stay balanced and when you are carrying worries it can take up space that you want for other things. Energy maintenance is really important and it can also help you to manage your worries as when you deal with the energy connected with those worries you can help move it away from you. Many of you have heard me talking about grounding and centering. I have a couple of articles on grounding that you may want to try.

You also will find that there are things that just help you to release worries and relax. For some of you, you may find that time spent in the arts can do that. When you participate in creating art, music, or any type of creative project you give yourself an opportunity to express yourself and that can help move or shift the energy around you helping to move any energy that may be weighing you down away from you.
I personally love walking. If something is bothering me I will walk it off. I find it especially effective if I’m out walking in the woods. Something about the sights and smells of being in the woods that I find incredibly grounding.
