For anyone who has watched Lord of the Rings I’m not sure you could look at the hobbit homes and not wonder what it would be like to live in one! I know I did as I watched the movie show us inside of the hobbit home known as Bag End, that belonged to Bilbo Baggins and later on Frodo in the movie. Simon Dales not only wondered but set out to build his own Hobbit House for his family in Wales.
This is the interior of the house that he built for himself and his family in Wales. When I saw this picture I of course had to go an investigate what more of the house looked like and what it was like. It let me to his company named BeingSomewhere.net He specializes in permaculture and building small homes that work with the natural landscape that surrounds them. I know many of you will have a wonderful time perusing his website and seeing some of the work that he has done.
