New Moon Blessings!

New Moon Blessings! I’m sitting outside writing this to you underneath a sunshade with the quail chicks happily picking through the grass next to me and enjoying their first days outside. We are building their coop and they will start making the transition to being outside full time next week. :)))

The kids will be out of school here next week and I will soon start bringing them to their summer camps filling their days with fun in the sun with their friends and splash parks.  I’m lucky that both are actually participating in free programs put on by the town and my daughter’s school.  It’s a wonderful resource for the children in our town. :)))

The sounds and smells of Summer are definitely here as I spend as much time as I can outdoors.  Even my office gets relocated outside during the Summer as much as possible.  There’s nothing like doing tarot readings while having  a nice cool breeze across your face when you can wiggle your toes in the grass. :)))  I am surrounded by herbs :)) I have my huge herb garden that is doing amazing right now but I also have herbs in a lot of places in the yard.  If you see that big patch of leaves sticking up next to the little bridge in front of the field, that is all apple mint. :))))

Tonight our New Moon is in Cancer.  I just love New Moon’s as it’s an opportunity to reset everything going on and then set your intentions for the lunar cycle.  While not a complicated night to work with, it is an important night to work with.  I have a lot of you that tell me that you don’t have time to practice as much as you would like.  Even if you stop for a few minutes and take some time to breathe, reflect upon where you’ve been and where you wish to go and then set your intentions, you will find it makes a difference.

With the Moon in Cancer tonight we want to focus on our homes and our relationships.  It’s a night of personal growth and you may find that you are visited from some memories from your past both to commend you for how far you have come but also to help you understand where you need to go moving forward and what you may need to work on.

This is actually our second Super Moon in a row that falls on the New Moon and that is going to bring you some transformational energy that will bring about some changes in your life and new beginnings so get ready to go with the flow! :)))))

I asked my guides for some advice for this lunar cycle and they gave me the Chariot card. Their advice for this lunar cycle is to work hard.  You may find that there are obstacles and challenges that come your way this month but you need to remember that victory comes through mastery and there are definite incentives on our path this cycle, so let’s go get them! :))))
