Sit with me for a moment and take a deep breath. Can you feel the shifting energy? Our New Moon is bringing you the energy of new beginnings. We begin each lunar cycle with a New Moon and what I like to see as a bit of a clean slate. It’s like waking up in the morning to start a new day. It’s a good practice to let go of the energy of the past before you begin anew. So with that, take a moment to let go of anything that you may be holding on to right now. Scan your body for any worries, fears, or anything that you may be carrying that is dragging you down. You can write them down if you want and fold them in three, and then release them for some added energy of release.
Now that we’ve done that, I want you to sit where you are and just really focus on where you are…right now… Do you have tea or coffee in your hand? Where are you standing or sitting? What can you see, smell, and feel where you are? Take a few moments to be fully present where you are.
Ready? Be fully open to this energy coming to you today. You are beginning a new journey today. It’s a bit of a special journey. This journey is meant to help you find some extra self-confidence, knowledge of self, and the ability to express yourself. It’s energy meant to help you fully believe in yourself and your full potential. You are going to find that you feel more optimistic and courageous. You may find yourself doing things you’ve wanted to do for a while but maybe just needed that extra energy push.
This energy will bring you some potential to work through blocks or challenges that may have been holding you in place over the last several weeks or for even months. If you’ve been finding that you’re stuck on something, you may find a significant breakthrough during this lunar cycle.
There is a strong energy of change in this lunar cycle that is meant to help you learn something about yourself and ensure that you are on the path you should be. If changes are happening, don’t fight them. Look at them, go with them and see what it is you are meant to see. Anything goes through this lunar cycle, and you may find that you are in a very different place when we begin the next lunar cycle.
