Merry Meet. Today I have another super easy craft for you to make. It’s great fun for the little witchlets as well. For as long as I can remember every Halloween I would make these with my Gram. We would put them everywhere!! We would also make them with old rags and hang them out on the trees.
Grab a couple boxes of tissues from the store. You will also need some felt tip markers, ribbons, and anything else you wish to add to your ghosts.
Take a tissue and put it flat on the table. Ball up other tissues and place it in the center of the tissue to form the head of your ghost. Pick it up in your hand and tie a ribbon just under the head to hold the tissue in place. You can then use felt tip markers to draw on eyes. Go gentle though as the tissue will go through pretty quickly.
Some years we made a variation of this using old sheets. If we had an old white sheet, we would cut that into squares and then stuff the center with tissue. Those you can keep for several years. Want to get extra crafty? Stuff some fresh herbs in with the tissues. My daughter likes having glitter ghosts when we use sheets. Have fun!
Much Love and Many Blessings,
