Welcome 2022! New Moon Blessings! It’s 2022! Are you ready for a brand new year? I’ve been feeling the energy of this year moving towards us for a little while now and I’m pretty excited. It is the most loving energy that I’ve felt in quite some time. It’s energy of healing and love and I know so many of us need that this year and I do hope that it really moves around us like I’m sensing it will. It won’t be all at once but rather something that moves in slowly around us as the year progresses and as we need it.
I also have this energy of self…. energy meant to focus the light on you a bit more… on what you need… on what you are thinking and feeling ….on what you may need in your life. This is energy of personal truth. It’s going to help you to dig a bit deeper and really check into who you are right now on your path. It’s going to help you gain a greater understanding of what you want in your life and what you honestly need more of. The number 6 is a number of balance, love, and healing. Can I tell you that I didn’t even realize it was a number 6 years until the other day when my friend said it? When she told me it made so much sense to me. This strong energy of love and healing that I’ve been picking up on lately and the positive energy that I’ve been picking up on. I’m hoping that for so many of us this will be a really wonderful year. That’s not to say that it won’t have challenges as we all know challenges help us to learn things, to find movement in our lives, and to see things from different perspectives. If you keep the wonderful energy of love around you and take your time with things as they come to you this year, you should find that it helps. It’s a year to try to slow things down a bit where you can.
I pulled the Emperor for us for 2022. The Emperor is going to help you to lead yourself in life and to take more control of your life. While it is wonderful to have people that we admire and look up to in life, ultimately we should all be our own leaders. We are in fact the ones who are living our own lives and typically in the best position to make decisions about what we want or need in our lives. This is energy that is going to help you to become your own leader, to really tune into yourself more to figure out what you need, and then to figure out how to get there. This energy is going to help you to take more control of your life and move it in a direction that is going to bring the most love and happiness in your life. This is a year to really dig into your personal truth and to surround yourself with love. Embrace this energy and see where it takes you.
Today we celebrate the first New Moon of 2022!
New Moon Blessings! What a weekend! We welcomed in 2022 over the last couple of days and today we celebrate our first New Moon of 2022! It’s a powerful weekend for the energy of new beginnings for sure. Being the first New Moon of the year and falling so close to our celebration of the New Year the energy around this New Moon is definitely a bit stronger. It’s a great night to set the pace for the first lunar cycle of 2022.
Our Moon tonight is in Capricorn. It’s a great time for new beginnings and starting new habits in your life. I know many of you checked in with me yesterday for the New Year and a lot of the energy that I picked up on for the New Year is really being set into motion with this New Moon tonight. Think about what you can do to bring more love into your life and to really dig for your personal truth more and what it would feel like to be confident in living that personal truth each and every day. It sounds simple but it can be really complicated at times. Work with this energy this lunar cycle and this year and see where it takes you.
The card I pulled for this lunar cycle is the 8 of wands. This lunar cycle be ready for anything. You should find energy around you that inspires you and hopefully some opportunities coming your way that really put a smile on your face. I have a stronger message here though…don’t just wait for them to come to you, go and find them! They are waiting for you. Think about the things that you would most like to see in your life this year and then get out there and find them. Be flexible and willing to go with the flow. If something calls you, do what you can to set whatever you are doing to the side for a moment and follow it. There are things out there that you are meant to explore to learn more about yourself and it’s all going to kick off with this New Moon.
