Eclipse Energy Impacts

Nightmares Lately? Stomach Issues? Headaches? 

How many of you have been experiencing strange nightmares, headaches, or stomach issues lately?  I’ve been working my way through all of them. 

The energy right now is incredibly high from the two eclipses and the way things have lined up.  We are in that space in between of extremely high energy.  This is a great time to work with magick!  The Full Moon Eclipse coming up in a few days is an event that you definitely don’t want to miss. 

In the meantime what in the world do you do about everything else?

Here’s some tips to help.

Grounding – It’s incredibly important to ground and shield during this time.  You not only have the energy of the eclipse, but you also are dealing with the energy of the others that this energy is impacting.  It can compound quickly and it is.  It is absolutely necessary that you ground and shield every day. Grounding showers and baths are going to be helpful. 

Cut back on Caffeine, Alcohol, and Sugar – Watch out for tons of caffeine as it can aggravate things, especially at night.  Make sure that if you do have caffeine that it’s early in the morning so that you can get it all out of your system before bedtime.

Calming Aroma – Bring out the candles, incense and oils. Scents like Eucalyptus, Lavender and Vanilla are amazingly relaxing and will help restore calm to your energy.

Herbal Teas – I adore herbal tea as you all know.  Try some ginger and basil in a tea to ease tummy problems and stress.  Lavender and Chamomile is another combination that you will love.  One of my favorites is actually by Yogi tea.  They make a Kava Stress relief tea that I have at least once a day.  It tastes amazing and it’s a huge help.

Water – Never underestimate the power of water.  It’s so important that you stay hydrated.  Water is naturally grounding as well.  This is definitely not a good time to cut back on water.

Sleep – I know it’s tough.  Set yourself up for a good night’s sleep.  Light a lavender candle and make sure you do something quiet like reading before you fall asleep.  Allow yourself some extra time for sleep during the next several days.

Hang in there! The Full Super Moon and Full Lunar Eclipse is coming in just 5 days can you believe it? After that you are going to find that the energy will maybe not slow down but calm down.  A lot of the physical symptoms that you’ve been feeling should settle down a bit.
