Exploring past lives is always exciting and can be a useful tool in your life. I still remember the first time that I had a Past Life Regression done. I was so nervous! I went in person and I remember the lady leading me to a couch. A regression is different from a past life in that the medium guides you on a journey and you give them information. I saw a past life where I was murdered. They can’t all be positive right? What I found most interesting though was that the man strangled me. In this life I can’t stand anything around my neck. Turtlenecks are not an option for me. 
Interesting right? You just never know what you will learn on a past life journey.
