In 2025 one of the big themes that I told you that would be around you this year is finding inner peace. In a world that can be challenging, unpredictable and chaotic it’s important that you know how to find inner peace and it’s helpful if you know how to ground and center quickly.
I think often people get can get overwhelmed when looking at how to find inner peace as it feels like something that should be big. Honestly, you can start with small things and you will find that the more you do that, the more you start to add things to your home or to your daily life and that is what will help to get you to where you want to go.
Energy maintenance is important and a long time ago I learned that it was something that I needed to prioritize if I wanted to work with my gifts full time. I needed to know how to ground and center and how to do other things that would help me to be able to maintain inner peace. Through the years and all the people that I’ve worked with I’ve learned that everyone responds different to different things. The key is learning to figure out what works best for you. I’ve learned that a special purring kitty on my lap each night helps to melt away the stress of the day. I look forward to starting my day with my Vanilla cup of tea and ending it with a cup of Lavender or Caramel tea. It’s something that helps me to sleep better. While white sage is cleansing I’ve found that dragon’s blood incense also is and that it can be empowering at the same time. That boost to my confidence helps me to find more inner peace. Journaling is something that helps me. I don’t have as much time to write for myself any more but I love taking photos. I love pictures. I especially love old pictures. There’s something about looking through pictures that instantly calms me. I have an app on my phone called Happy Color that I’ve had for years that can calm me down within moments. I’ve used it on more than one occasion that I was battling a case of nerves. I also love getting lost in a good book. There’s something about it that just melts away the world. I have the same sort of effect when I work with tarot cards. It’s part of why I love them so much.
So why am I telling you all this? These are all little things that I have found through the years that add up to finding inner peace in my life. It’s important for me. I have so many things in place and I’m constantly learning more. This is where you want to start. Find those little things and use them so that you don’t forget them. Keep exploring and learning more and pay attention to how you feel. You will find things that make you feel calm and allow you to release stress. Start your journey of inner peace today. 🙂
