It’s Here! Such exciting news. Many of you may remember me telling you that I was invited by Flame Tree Publishing to write a foreword for a book on Wicca by Nixie Vale last November. It came was released in the U.K. a couple of weeks ago now and it will be released here in the United States on May 31st. Yesterday I received my author’s copy!

This is the foreword:

From the time that I was little I always knew that I was different. I saw things that others didn’t and had experiences that others couldn’t explain. Growing up I gravitated towards anything magical, reading everything I could find about it. and looking for it in my life. At ten years old I wrote to Laurie Cabot, the official Witch of Salem, asking her to teach me. Little did she know that she would fuel my passion for a magical life by telling me to come back to see her when I was 18.

As an adult I felt called to pursue my gifts as a psychic and I went looking for answers. What I found was so much better, Wicca. So many of my interests in life were finally in one place. It is a path that has always called to me and a way of life that was with me long before I discovered its name.

Today people are gravitating towards Wicca as a path that empowers and teaches you that you have the ability to change your life by learning to be true to who you really are. In a world where diversity is so important, Wicca celebrates it and encourages you to explore the world around you and discover all that it has to offer. You learn to connect with the Earth and to live by the cycles of the Moon and the Wheel of the Year. You learn about energy, how to, work with it and how to use it to create magic in you life. As you grow in strength, you learn to help protect the Earth and to share love and heal the world around you. Wicca is a religion that teaches you not only to connect with the energy of the world around you but also to become one with it, walking a path filled wit love and light and improving the world we live in today.
