One of the most frequent things I get asked for help with is love spells. The most common request is for me to cast a spell to make someone love them. Unfortunately this is something that I would personally never do as I will not cast a spell to influence anyone, for myself or anyone else. I believe that should never be done unless you are doing it for protection of yourself or family. However, that doesn’t mean all hope is lost! There are some things you can do if you are looking for love. Today I wanted to share those things with you.
Open Yourself to Energy of Love
One of the most important things that you can do is to do energy work to open yourself up to love. When you do this one of two things will happen, either the person you are wanting to come to you will, or the person who you should be with will. In my opinion that is the better situation than casting a spell to force someone specific to love you. A lot of times when you are wanting love and it doesn’t happen, we are unable to see the reasons why it isn’t suppose to happen. The saying that love is blind, really is true. You will likely understand the reasons why the romance wasn’t meant to be later on. Remember that everything happens for a reason. So have a little trust in fate and the divine. When you do energy work to open yourself up to love, you will allow love to come to you.
Looking for Love Spell
This next recommendation you could classify this as a spell if you want to. Most of what I do involves working with energy, the law of attraction, and the power of your mind. For this to work you want to select a piece of rose quartz to work with. If you get the chance, go to a place with several to choose from and spend a bit of time until you find one that feels right to you. Try to choose one that would be comfortable in your pocket. When you have selected one take it home with you.
Next you want to find some jasmine incense. You can use a candle, oil, or cones or sticks. Jasmine is associated with love, but it is not associated with sex or lust, which in my opinion is very important. This is to help you find that person that you are meant to be with and who you will be happiest with.
Finally you want to select that perfect candle. White is always a safe choice, for this you can also choose a red or pink one. This candle helps to let your guides know that you have a serious request.
On the first night, light the incense and the candle. Take the rose quartz in your hand. Spend some time with the quartz in your hand until you can feel it starting to warm with your energy. While you do think about how it would feel to have that perfect love. Try to refrain from putting a particular face with your association, and instead concentrate on you. How do you feel when you are in love. How’s your energy? How does your body feel. Concentrate on all the different emotions you would feel, energized, happy, safe, loved, carefree, inspired etc. When you are ready start to speak to your guides and or the Goddess. Ask them to help you find your true love. Ask them to charge your stone with loving energy to help you become open to that love. Spend as much time as you are comfortable with your request.
When you are done you can let the incense continue to burn and the candle if you wish. Keep the quartz on you as much as you can.Each time you touch it say the affirmation, “I am ready and open to love and I believe the right person for me is coming.” It doesn’t have to be exactly that, just an affirmation that affirms that you are open and ready for love. You can light the candle and the incense each night and repeat your request as often as you wish. Keep the rose quartz on you until you find your love.
I believe that intent is key. For this spell to work you need not have all the ingredients. The quartz is the main item I would suggest. The incense helps to set the mood and the candle can help to establish the connection. However if you believe in yourself and your connection to the divine they are not necessary.
