There is a place that I love to go to that is about 45 minutes from where I live, called Magic Wings Butterfly Conservatory and Gardens. One of my favorite times to go is during the winter when it’s cold to help shake off the cold weather and remind myself that Spring is coming.
The facility opened in 2020 and is essentially an incredibly large greenhouse filled with butterflies, beautiful gardens, finches, button quail and even a tortoise.

You can see from this picture that it has lots of magickal places to explore. You will find all sorts of places for the butterflies to eat and rest as well as fairy gardens and other treasures.

This is a spot that you can walk over a bridge to a pond with a fountain and waterfall.

I took two videos while I was there. This is the first video.

This is the second video. 🙂

If you walk slow and are quiet you can get up close to some of them. The butterflies are so beautiful.

This was one of the really pretty spots with a beautiful statue that I loved. She is holding sugar water and bananas for the butterflies.

I loved how the butterfly matched the fruit tree it was resting on.

This is one of the places that the finches loved. There was a huge area of millet for them to land on and little bowls of seeds. They had so many of them and they were all different colors. I spent quite a bit of time watching them.

This is one of the special butterfly feeders with one of our favorite butterflies on it. The wings are transparent and look like glass in spots but if you look at it at the right angle it’s iridescent. So pretty. :)) They had little plastic bowls with sponges filled with sugar water for the butterflies. We think that maybe they are plastic champagne glasses that they cut and then put rubber on the end to fit on a bamboo stick. Something that you might want to add to your yard to encourage the butterflies to come and to help support them.

I also loved that they had little fairy gardens everywhere.

Of course there are bird houses for the birds as well. It’s really a wonderful place to visit. If you get the chance to come to Massachusetts I highly recommend it!
Have an amazingly magickal day!
Much Love and Many Blessings,
