Many of you know that I just adore the New Moon. It’s my favorite night each lunar cycle because of the amazing energy it always brings. To make this night even better we are celebrating our New Moon in Leo tonight! I love the energy that the mighty Leo brings us.
We have some big energy tonight. You are going to find that part of the emphasis is on personal freedom. That’s something that’s been coming up in the readings a lot as we’ve been heading towards tonight. It’s a time to reflect upon where freedom excels in your life and where you may be restricted. Tonight’s Moon is the perfect time for you to work on making a change in your life that will bring you more personal freedom. Remember that this is your life to live and ultimately you are in charge of the path you take in your life. Make it a good one!
We have some playful energy coming our way this evening reminding us that life isn’t just all about work and navigating challenges but we are suppose to be having some fun as well. It’s a great night to treat yourself to something new and playful in your life. Perhaps something that will bring you a bit of extra creative energy or maybe just something that you’ve been wanting that will make you smile. It’s about having fun and tonight you need to make sure you do something that puts that smile on your face.
I also can feel the Samhain season moving in upon us. I’m pretty excited about it as I am every year. I have a bit of apprehensiveness as some of the leaves are already starting to transition here in New England. It’s early for us for sure but we have had a really dry season where I am and some of the smaller trees aren’t doing so well so their leaves are turning a bit early. Our town is anticipating not having trick or treating this year because of Covid which I honestly am not surprised on. Instead we have an organization in our town that loves to put on events. I love them. They are already working on organizing things for that whole week. We have a scarecrow drive by for the little ones and a haunted house drive by for the older kids. People in the town are volunteering to decorate and the committee is putting a map together online that we can follow. Of course you know we had to get in on the fun! 🙂 We signed up to do a spooky yard for the Haunted House. Plans are already being made! I should have some fun things to share with you as we transition into the Samhain season at the end of next month.
Animal connections have been incredibly strong. Their communication is high. Watch for them to bring you signs and signals. I know my kitties have definitely been communicating more and hanging around me more. I had a crow chattering at me this morning as well as hummingbirds buzzing by to say hello. There have been deer coming through the yard and so many more examples. Watch for them as they love bringing us energy to help us on our paths. If you have kitties you may find that one in particular may take on a bit of the Mighty Leo energy for you over the next couple of weeks.
