Tonight our New Moon is in Aries. Aries is the first sign of the Zodiac and can bring us creative energy, energy of opportunity and new beginnings. Pairing the new energy of Aries with the New Moon tonight and we are going to see some major energetic shifts. It’s almost like an astrological cheerleader is entering for us. He is going to help build inspiration and enthusiasm and help us to unite in some pretty confusing and even scary times. Aries is going to help us come together as a community. Infuse us with that new energy to help us do creative things and work on new opportunities. It’s a great time of transformation and you should start seeing the results of that in the coming weeks.
I chose the lion for today as I can feel his energy surrounding us. Courage, strength, the will to fight. We will rise up and fight together. Do your part. Remember that this is a temporary situation. Things will change and they will change for the better. Day by day until things are resolved. You are going to find new opportunities all around you especially in the next two weeks. There are a lot of amazing things going on in the world see if you can find them! There are so many people doing amazing things. Broadway is hosting shows on video, musicians doing impromptu concerts from their houses, television shows being hosted from their homes, companies working together to fix the situation, scientists with all hands on deck working for a cure and a vaccine. There are some pretty amazing things going on in the world right now and I encourage you to take in some of these wonderful opportunities. If you have ways you can contribute do that as well. Even staying home and enjoying the energy that others are putting out there is contributing as you are helping to keep others safe.
I’ve been experiencing early Spring here with the exception of this past week. Today it is snowing….. it’s beautiful. I woke up this morning to a fresh coating of snow in my yard. I know that it will be melted by the end of the day. It’s just enough to bring this peaceful energy and to lightly coat the ground reminding me of new beginnings. Perfect for tonight’s New Moon.

What do our guides want us to know right now? We are in a time of exploration and learning and enhanced communication. While we are being isolated many of us may find that communication is actually increasing as we all reach out to each other across the world. The page is incredibly curious and really loves challenging herself. While you may be at home right now don’t let yourself be idle. There are so many things that you can do to challenge yourself. The internet is a wonderful place to be right now. (not the news sites) It’s a great time to take a class online, learn a new skill, or research something that you’ve wanted to look into in your life. Communication, out of the box thinking and planning are key to right now and the more we work together the more success we will find. We have some mountains still that we may need to climb but know that we will get to the top and have an increased view and understanding of the world around us once we get there.
What do our guides want us to know about the future? Get ready to be inspired. Many of you know that I was in the military. In order to be a member I had to do six weeks of basic training. You learn a lot during that time. I wasn’t allowed to see anyone but the girls that were in my flight. I’m not going to say it was easy because it wasn’t. I watched over a third of the girls in my flight drop out as they gave up on challenges. The thing is, almost all of them could have made it if they didn’t give up. We did have one girl break an ankle and she wouldn’t have been able to do everything! We learned to work together. Some of us rose to the top and helped to take charge and lead. I had been promoted to one of the leaders and was allowed to go to the store to get cleaning supplies. I use to bring home candy stashed in my shirt that I was able to purchase with some of my own money to help raise moral. I also was one of the few girls that knew how to do a French Braid and would stay up every night braiding everyone’s hair. I was awful at getting dust bunnies out of my drawers for inspections and another girl was amazing so she would go through and check everyone’s drawers before inspection. We all found ourselves during that six weeks and realized just how strong we were. We also found each other. It’s a sense of connection and love that I’ve never experienced anywhere else in my life. We are strong. Love, caring and understanding are some of the strongest things that we can share. With that energy others will rise up and become stronger. A positive word can go miles right now. We need to become that unit where everyone learns how strong they are and then comes together as one. That is the experience we are going through right now. There may be some people that decide to drop out and go it alone. I just know that there is strength in numbers. We graduated with top honors that summer because we all learned to love each other and work as one.
Upon graduation we were finally allowed out. They gave us our permissions back slowly when we reached tech school. I wasn’t allowed off base until two weeks after I arrived. It honestly didn’t matter though. There was so much excitement on base, friends and music and the dining hall. I remember my first trip to the mall, the beach, a restaurant, all those things that many of us take for granted every day. It was one of the most amazing experiences in my life as I celebrated all that I had accomplished by experiencing everything again as if it was new. It was so inspirational.
We are all going to experience this again. After the shelter in places are done and it’s safe to come out things will be tentative for many of us. Then those places that we have come to love in our lives will become accessible again and the world will start going back to what we remembered. Except you will find in many ways it’s better. There will be a new found global awareness and sense of unity. There will be a new awareness of the Earth around us. Things are going to look different but they will inspire you. So for now follow the rules, do what you need to do. Stay in. Rediscover yourself. Rediscover the world around you as it is now. Let’s all come together and try to help each other. Then we can all go and experience the world around us again.
