How many of you have felt like you’ve been absolutely slogging through mud to get anything accomplished for the last several months. Have you felt like someone hit the pause button on your life and then just decided to throw a bunch of random challenges at you while you’re sitting still just so you’re busy?
Saturn went retrograde back in April. I bet if you think back to the pace of your life things came to a bit of a halt right about then. In that I don’t mean that there hasn’t been anything going on because for many of us it’s been a bit like sitting in a hurricane of energy. However you haven’t been able to make a lot of progress moving forward. Saturn is one powerful planet with some really heavy influence. Saturn rules the rules and is largely responsible for the meat and potatoes of our life. Did you know one of Saturn’s nicknames is the Lord of Karma…. yes…. just think about that for a moment…
This planet in retrograde stopped your world. It stopped your world and your forward movement on your path to focus directly upon you. If you think back over the challenges you have been working with in the past several months how many of you can see how they related to you learning things about yourself. Personal boundaries, fears, worries, changes that needed to be made to the structure and management of your life… ringing some bells? It’s as if we all took a crash course in defense and confronting our shadow selves.
For as complicated and challenging this time may have been, I’m sure all of us can say that we have learned a lot. They weren’t empty challenges. They were designed to teach you something about yourself. How many of you learned how to set healthy boundaries? How many of you conquered a fear or six? How many of you let something go that you may have been afraid to? How many of you have become better at managing things in your life?
I told you in the beginning of the year that this was going to be a year of personal growth and it has been. In order to have that growth you must learn about yourself though. Now comes the time for the growth. Ready? Saturn has now gone direct. If you have been doing your homework and working hard with this energy you are going to find you are going to start moving forward on your path now. It’s as if someone hit the play button on your life again. Enjoy it, you’ve earned it. Now is the time that you will grow and make changes based on what you have learned. Choose wisely.
