New Moon Blessings! Here we are at the first New Moon of 2021. This New Moon is bringing us some strong energy to help us to step into who we are. 2020 was a challenging and emotional year for so many of us and as we stepped into 2021 we began a new path. However you can’t completely close a door and leave things in the past although I’m sure many of us would like to. Rather what we have is energy that is building and turning. We are in a time of transformation. This energy of transformation is going to call upon us to utilize all the tests and challenges that 2020 brought us to face this coming year stronger and more sure of who we are and what we want from our lives.
For many of us we have had to stand and face things that perhaps we were trying to avoid or maybe we didn’t want to see. If we had things that were hiding in the shadows many of those things were brought into the light for us to work with and deal with. Many of us dealt with those challenges as they came to us and are standing here much stronger and more confident because of what we have been taking on. Some of us may have tried to tuck things back into the shadows or tried to run from things and you will find that much of this energy can’t really be run from as it’s necessary for you to work through it and then build upon it with the strength that you have gained.
You have likely found yourself looking at life in a completely different way than you did at the start of 2020. For many of us we learned to see and truly appreciate the small things in life. So many of us have gone back to our roots in life and have found peace and healing in nature. The simple things have taken on more importance for so many of us and our perspectives of our lives and the world have changed.
With this New Moon we have energy that is going to empower us. It will help us to really draw upon all that we have learned and put those lessons into action. It’s going to really give us a chance to live our lives by what we truly believe by surrounding us with energy that is going to feel more supportive and help to affirm what we believe to be true. If you are true to yourself and follow what you know is what you truly want in your life you may find some beautiful energy of luck and success to aid you in your journey. You may watch with wonder as things that you’ve been working so hard for finally start falling into place and making sense.
This is a time to invest your energy in yourself and the future that you desire. It’s time to work with all that you have learned and claim who you are and what you want from life. Some of you may have found that you are living a life that you haven’t quite claimed or owned. Funny how that can work out if you think about it. You may find yourself more comfortable with speaking what’s in your heart and living your life how you believe it should be and that’s what’s truly important. Surround yourself with love and what makes you happy. When you live your life true to yourself your light shines that much brighter for others.
Use tonight to set your intentions for this year. Use the spell above to really send those intentions soaring. Spend some time thinking about where you have been and where you wish to go this year. Know that this year is a new path even though it may not feel like it at times. Know that they path that you walk is always what you make of it and you will see in life what you wish to see.
