Welcome to 2019! I am so excited to begin this new year with you! The energy has been building over the last couple of weeks and I feel like this is a year that is definitely going to make it’s presence known with all of us.
We are going to kick off our New Year this week with a New Moon Solar Eclipse on the 5th. This isn’t just any New Moon but the beginning of a bridge of energy that will lead us to a Full Moon Total Lunar Eclipse on the 20th of the month. This energy is incredibly strong and it’s coming your way quickly. The energy that is coming your way is energy of change. This isn’t just any energy of change though, this energy is going to kick off a year of personal growth.
2019 has a lot of potential for you if you stay focused and organized. Many of you have likely been feeling the impact of this energy already. How many of you have been cleaning and organizing over the past week? Did you feel like Christmas ended and then you were just ready to clean the house and get on with things? It’s a bit different than other years when we were willing to be cozy with our lights and energy of the season and wait for the New Year. This year is making it’s presence known by getting us all ready. The energy is only going to continue to increase through the month of January.
This is not a quiet year. It’s a year with a tremendous amount of potential for both personal and spiritual growth. For those of you who are gifted intuitives you are going to find that energy heightened over 2019. It’s a great year to expand upon your spiritual and intuitive practices and learn all you can about working with your personal gifts.
A quote that I was given this morning is that “It’s never too late.” If there is something that you’ve wanted to do in your life, perhaps it’s a career you always wanted, a place you wanted to live, something that you truly wanted, this is the year you want to go after it. I don’t care if you have decided you want to go back to school for a career and you are in your 50’s. This is your year. The Universe is giving you a huge nudge to get out there and go after what you want. This is going to be an unbelievably productive year if you work with the energy.
This is also a year where you may find you become very aware of how you fit into the world. You may gain a greater understanding of what you should be doing in this life, what makes you happiest and how you fit in best with the world around you without sacrificing who you are. I also feel a lot of personal energy? I feel like people are going to want to interact with each other more this year and help out. Don’t be afraid to smile at people when you go out and say hello. If you see someone who needs help stop and lend a helping hand. There is a beautiful shift of energy that is really loving and I’m hoping that it gets some big results as I truly believe the world could use a lot more love right now. Be a part of that shift.
I have a lot of unexpected energy and luck on this year? I feel like someone is just dangling a beautiful four-leaf clover over everyone that will follow you for the year. Watch for opportunities on your path. Create opportunities. It’s the year of movement and change. Work with it.
I love working with spirit animals and this beautiful owl just wanted to be heard and it’s why I chose him as the picture to welcome you to 2019. Did you know that owl’s are often seen as the witch’s familiar? I told you awhile ago that I could feel the energy of the witch rising for lack of a better way of describing it! It’s this ancient energy that is wise, magickal, protective, healing and honestly I feel a bit relieved with this energy. It’s as if a wise one showed up to watch over us all. Work with the owl this year. Watch for the owl’s wisdom on your path. You can see beyond the everyday when you look through the eyes of the owl. The owl will be a very important spirit animal for all of us in 2019.
I have been given the eight of pentacles for 2019. You are going to find yourself doing a lot of new things this year. It would make sense when you have a year that is coming towards you that is focused on personal and spiritual growth. As you are on this new path there are going to be so many things to learn and explore. It’s key that you remain focused on what is important and make sure that you are manifesting what you wish. However it’s also important to remember to give yourself time to explore the beauty and wonder of the new experiences around you in your life. There is much to learn in taking the time to enjoy life.
Be patient with the bumps and challenges that may come your way this year. They are meant to help you learn. There will be times when you have some tough questions that are going to really challenge who you are and what you want in life. They are meant to be there. Honor them by navigating them with careful thought and actions and you will find a lot of success this year.
