Beautiful soul, you are loved. Each day the love and the light of the universe shines down upon you to help you on your journey. You are never alone and will never walk through this life alone. Remember to look to the light and realize that you are perfect just the way you are. You are loved.
I think sometimes we just need to know that we are loved. Maybe it’s a love in our life who brings us that love, family member, fur baby, friend or maybe we bring that energy to ourselves as self-love is so important. Today take a moment to remind yourself that you are loved. Do something special for yourself. Make a special dinner, take a long walk, spend some time creating something that moves your heart and soul. Do something today to remind yourself of the love in your life that surrounds you and how important it is.
Most of all though as you go through today remember that you are loved and you always will be.

While I am in New York City today, I did some energy work last night that I have available for all of you today. I lit a special candle and charged it with the energy of love. If you wish to tap into the energy of love just envision a beautiful flame on a candle and the energy from that flame bringing you energy of love to wherever you may be. This energy also has healing energy for your heart and soul to use for your higher good. So mote it be.
