How many of you have come to times in your life where you know that you have more than one path to choose from but you find yourself having a hard time making a decision? You’ve likely heard of this as being at a crossroads right? Today I wanted to teach you something that may help you with that. It’s a bit of energy work that may help you to understand where you wish to go next. It’s something that I have used on occasion to both clear my mind and help me to receive signs from my guides on which way to go.
Choose a place where there are crossroads. When you choose a place try to choose one that’s quiet if you can as it’s easier to work with. Where I live I am lucky to have a lot of dirt roads that run through the woods. Some of them are old roads that people no longer use, some are there from people recently. Wherever you choose what matters the most is that it’s quiet. The second thing that you are looking for is for the number of roads. I prefer four way intersections. My reason for that is the energy in between feels more balanced. They don’t have to be perfectly even but there needs to be a place that you can sit in between. This is why I prefer it to be a quiet place. You also want to make sure that you have a long amount of time, enough so that you can take your time and not feel rushed.
When you find a place stand in the center and just take in the energy around you. Find a way to situate yourself when standing or sitting that feels comfortable or natural to you. From there I want you to consider the options that you have to choose from. Take your time with this. Assign each option a road that is around you. If you have an extra road you can turn your back to that road. If there are only two roads turn your back to the other two roads. It is perfectly ok to move from your normal position. What’s important here is that you are able to comfortably see the roads that you are working with.
Take your time at this point. Watch for signs on the roads you have chose to work with. Things like wind, animals, people, sounds, pay attention to everything. Maybe the sun pokes out from behind the trees on one path. Ask your guides to step forward and send you a sign. Twice my guides sent a deer across a road for me. I was shocked both times as a deer is a huge sign for me from my guides.
Pay attention to how you feel about the roads, the energy on them. If you were to take a walk which road would you choose? After you have been with the options for awhile, if you have the time, actually walk the path that you have chose for yourself. Look for additional signs.
The time that you spend with these choices and these roads should help to bring you clarity by grounding you and connecting you to your guides and your personal intuition. If you give yourself the time and relax into the energy surrounding you, there is a lot of information to be gained. In the end always follow your heart and your intuition.
