Our Green House

One of my favorite times of the year is when we get the seedlings going for the gardens.  It’s so much fun watching them grow! Would you believe that most of these plants are only about two weeks old?

Throughout the years we’ve been working on getting a process down to make it easier.  Certain plants come up quicker than others, need more light, less light, water and so on.  Earl waters them all every morning.

He has them all organized by size and what they need.  Many of you will recognize some of the plants on the shelves.  Of course you know there are tons of herbs in there among the veggies and flowers.

I adore tomatoes, basil and morning glories so you will find a healthy variety of all three among the plants.

There are some plants that we supplement from a nearby farm.  Ground cherries are a favorite that I discovered last year when Earl’s Mom came out to visit.  She introduced me to them and I am absolutely hooked! We had two plants last year.  This year we have ten! I am so excited.  Earl plans to make them into jam.  We will see what happens.  Last year I would eat them each morning with breakfast! They didn’t make it far!

Patches loves the greenhouse and wanted to see what I was up to so I told her she could say hello! 🙂

I hope that you have the most magickal day!

Much Love and Many Blessings,

Jasmeine Moonsong
