When was the last time you did a Scavenger Hunt? Today I have a bit of a magickal one for you. You can make this as simple or as complicated as you wish. Are you ready?
I want you to find one thing today for each color of the rainbow and include black and white. You can do this in so many different ways. You can find small things that you can tuck into a jar. You can find things in nature. You can take my ultimate challenge and find something magickal for each of the colors. What do I mean by magickal? Anything that you find that has magickal energy. Maybe you have stones in your home, statues, tarot cards, candles, things on your altar, or anything else that you can think of that has magickal energy. If you have extra time, try this activity a few different ways.
This exercise has a few objectives. It helps you to look beyond what you would traditionally see as you go through your day by slowing you down and having you look for things. By working with each of the colors it will help you to balance your energy. Note that if you are having a particularly wonderful time finding one color it can indicate that you have an abundance of that energy. Whereas if perhaps you are having a difficult time you may find you need to pay more attention to that color energy or corresponding chakra. Interesting right?
