We’ve been celebrating the arrival of 2020 and the wonderful energy of abundance that it’s bringing our way this year. There’s going to be a lot of new energy around you this month as we work through the first month of this year. One of the most important events to note is the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse on January 10th. We are currently on a bit of an energetic bridge between eclipses that we started with the New Moon Solar Eclipse on December 26th. This is energy of endings and beginnings. Eclipses are notorious for bringing things to your attention and helping you to see things that you need to. If you aren’t where you need to be on your path they can bring changes to your life that get you there. It can be an interesting time depending on how much work you’ve been doing on your path. You may find that emotions run high around this Full Moon and eclipse so you may need to be patient with others. Let’s take a look at what we have going on this month for events.
On January 12th we have a pretty huge astrological event. Pluto and Saturn are meeting up for the first time in 38 years. They are meeting with Capricorn bringing this really powerful energy of transformation. Saturn is going to not so gently nudge you to see reality while Pluto who favors control and transformation are going to work together with Capricorn to bring you this strong energy of getting things done If there is something that you need to change in your life it will be in your face at this time. For those of you who are frequent flyers of receiving the Death card and Tower cards in your reading this time frame may be a bit challenging for you. If you have things you know you want to change you may want to try to get things settled before this happens.
On January 30th some of us will celebrate Feburalia the Roman celebration honoring the God Februus who is the God of death and purification. This is a great time for purification and cleansing or perhaps a bit of Spring Cleaning.
