Just before Samhain, I found the Seasons of the Witch Tarot Series while poking around in a shop on the Eastern side of the state and I immediately fell in love with the decks. I actually purchased the Samhain and the Yule decks on the same day. They are the first decks that I’ve seen of this type and I honestly hope they continue the series throughout the entire year as I find they bring a beautiful magick to each of the holidays that we celebrate.
I am just as impressed with the Yule deck as I was with the Samhain deck. If you are looking for a special holiday deck to work with this season I have it for you.
This is a small sample of the many Yule-themed cards that you will find in the deck. That’s what I love the most is that the entire deck follows the wonderful spirit of Yule. It will not take away from your readings. As a tarot reader, I have found this deck to not only follow the magick of the season but to be wonderfully accurate as well. I’ll be honest with all the beautifully themed cards I wasn’t sure that they could make a deck that would be accurate for readings as well but I can assure you that it is. I worked with the Samhain deck with my clients through the Samhain season and I’m already booking Yule readings having tested this deck out myself and I am loving the results.
This deck is really an empowering deck. It has the right combination of magickal and mystical energy making it a deck that has this wonderful magickal element yet it is grounded in reality helping you to see things happening in your life. I honestly think that’s part of where the power in these cards is. They really have managed to craft this wonderful balance of an informative oracle deck that captures the magick of the season.
Aren’t the cards beautiful? The Green edge on the cards is just gorgeous! You can’t see it in the picture but there are little specks of glitter in the green as well. The deck consists of 44 beautiful cards. They are printed on card stock that I appreciate as it is strong enough to handle a lot of readings for many years to come. The descriptions of the cards are as perfect as the art on the cards. It doesn’t matter if you are someone with little to no experience who just wants to draw a card and read a description or a seasoned reader, this deck definitely has something for everyone. I’m looking forward to the next deck in the series!

Yes, I loved the Seasons of the Witch Samhain deck, so also ordered this one a few weeks ago. I love to pull 3 cards, and then let them “sit” on the table for a week or so, just to look at the images. I loved “Heath,” “Wreath,” and “Offerings.”
