Words cannot express how much I love this deck and how excited I am to bring it out for you every Samhain Season. For those of you who are with me on Daily Magick and the Daily Oracle you know I bring it once in awhile during the year as well.
The cards really get you in the spirit of the season. In the picture above I picked a few of my favorites. You can see how they all go along perfect with the Halloween and Samhain Season.
There are 36 cards in this deck so it is a little smaller in number of cards than other decks that I have used. That being said I have never felt like there weren’t enough cards. The cards are incredibly diverse and they really work well when I use them to read for myself and others. This is an oracle deck instead of a tarot deck and I honestly love that. There are some times that I love working with the tarot and other times when I love oracle decks because they have that freedom to make the cards whatever they want. In this case I feel that they’ve done an exceptional job.
For those of you that love reading card descriptions you will love the companion book. Card details are fun and detailed and they really have the potential to provide you with some accurate readings and I love that. Honestly sometimes when I need a very clear cut answer this is a deck that I will turn to and that means a lot to me.
